Depression & Anxiety

At the heart of my approach to anxiety and depression is the understanding that these experiences are often intertwined, not isolated. I support clients by helping identify the root causes of their struggles through a compassionate, holistic lens. Using tools grounded in self-forgiveness and inner-child work, we gently uncover and tend to the parts of yourself that may still be carrying unmet needs or unhealed emotions. This process helps create space for emotional regulation, resilience, and a freer sense of self, allowing healing to happen from the inside out.

Boundaries and the tough stuff of relationships

We live in an increasingly individualized world which makes it difficult to find our place with others. This can feel especially challenging if we grew up in environments that lacked clear emotional boundaries. In our work together, we explore how to empower your needs, honor your limits, and cultivate relationships rooted in both self-respect and mutual care. Building this kind of relational clarity is a powerful step toward healing and belonging.

Inner Critic & Limiting Beliefs

We are sometimes unaware of the quiet but persistent nature of an inner critic and how it can influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and beliefs about ourself. We will explore your internal dialogue with compassionate inquiry and somatic awareness so we can more deeply understand how the inner critic has functioned for you in your life, even in protective ways.

Resource Development

As a social worker, I am always inclined to explore possible reinforcements for each of my clients, depending on the needs we see. Whether it's supplemental therapy programs, supplemental books or articles, community or group involvement, or tools to build daily practices, I strive to meet each client where they are.
